工艺简介（Basic Process）

防静电注塑以聚丙烯（PP）为基材，加入碳粉，碳粉可传导电流和具有较强的机械性能，用这种复合材料经传统的注塑成型工艺制成。

Anti-static plastic is made up of composite material after traditional injection molding, that taking PP as base material and joining with the powdered carbon which can conduct current and take strong property.

特点（Characteristics）

◆有效的释放物体表面上所积累的电荷，使其不会产生电荷积累和高电位差。

It can effectively release the electric charge that accumulates on the surface of object, so that it will not cause the electric charge accumulation and the high potential difference.

◆具有承载能力强，坚韧耐磨；有良好的储备、周转作用

Having tenacious wear-resisting and bearing capacity, being easy to reserve and transport.

◆防潮、隔热、无毒、无味。 Dampproof、heat insulation、non-toxic、no smell.

◆耐化学腐蚀， Resistant to corrosion chemical,

耐有机溶剂、酸、碱等。 Anti-solvent and so on.
