EVA泡棉托盘

工艺简介(Basic Process)：

该产品为闭孔性软质泡棉，系在EVA 泡棉的成型过程中，加入导电填料，经模压发泡而成；片材成型后，导电填料在片材内形成导电通路/网络，从而达到静电泄露的目的。

The said product is a close-cell, conductive soft foam. It is produced by compounding the EVA resin with conductive fillers& blowing agents to extrude certain sheets, then molding and foaming. Sheet being molded, the conductive filler forms conductive channel/ network internally, so as to achieve the purpose of static discharge.

1．防静电性能优良：防静电时效为永久性防静电，不受环境干湿度影响；

   Excellent and permanent ESD effect, free of environmental humidity;

2．缓冲减性能优良：独立而细密的闭合泡孔；

   Superior buffering and cushioning performance: independent and meticulous closed cell;

3．导电性优良：静电指标值10³—10⁹ Ω/sq；

   Excellent conductive effect: resistivity value 10³—10⁹ Ω/sq

4．耐高温：最高耐温80°C；

   High temperature resistance: EVA resists a maximum temperature of 80°C

5．耐化学腐蚀：耐有机溶剂、酸、碱等；

   Chemical corrosion-resistant: resistant to organic solvents, acids, alkalis, etc;

6．无化学腐蚀：对元器件及包装物无任何腐蚀;

   Non-chemical corrosion: free chemical corrosion to the electronic devices and the packing materials;

7．隔热、隔音，耐魔，不易损耗；

   Heat insulation, sound insulation, abrasion resistance; hard to lose and consume;

8．良好的二次加工性能，容易成型

   Satisfactory performance of secondary processing, easy to shape.

用途及应用领域（Use and applications）:

1．车间的生产组装、周转（workshop assembly, flow）

2．主板、线路板的车间周转、运输中容易产生静电的电子产品的包装

 Motherboards, circuit board workshop circulation, packaging solutions for the electronic products prone to static electricity in the process of transportation

3．优点：

（1）防静电EVA不仅防静电缓冲效果优良，而且具有很好的抗压性，是LCD显示器等组装治具、保护垫首选的材料；

    EVA is not only anti-static and buffering, but also compression resistant, it is the first material choice   applied on LCD display assembly line and other fixtures, protecting cushion;

（2）EVA有很好的二次加工性，抗压，耐磨性能好，加之其防静电效果优良，大量用于电子产品的治具、保护垫等；

    EVA foam has been widely used as fixtures and protecting cushion for many electronic products because  of its excellent secondary processing, anti-static effect combined with its good compression resistance, wear resistance performance;

（3）传统的塑料周转托盘/箱，使用寿命短，且在使用过程中很容易将电子器件与手划伤，导电EVA泡棉具有良好的缓冲性和柔韧性，即不具损伤性，使用寿命也是塑料托盘的几倍到几十倍长。
